Fall 2024: At the Frank Museum: Project Himalayan Art

To promote awareness and understanding, this is a traveling exhibition from the Rubin Museum of art on view at the Frank Museum. It introduces the main forms, concepts, meanings, and religious traditions of Himalayan art through objects. This exhibition covers the greater Himalayan region, which encompasses Indian, Nepalese, Bhutanese, and Tibetan cultures as well as interrelated Mongolian and Chinese traditions.
