Writing a Syllabus

Otterbein requires that all faculty include some consistent information elements on their individual syllabi.  Some departments, majors, or programs may require additional elements.

A list of required elements are available on the website linked below.  A number of templates are also provided there as a resource for faculty.  The templates are a great starting point; you can also create your own syllabus as long as it includes the required elements.
