** When you are OFF CAMPUS.  You may search the OPAL catalog for books and materials immediately. When you click on any database to search for articles the Otterbein web site will ask you for your user name and password.  This is the same one you use for your Otterbein Web Mail. Remember it is Case-specific. So if your password has capital letters in it, type it in exactly.   

** When you are in Ohiolink or the EJC (Electronic Journal Center) You will be asked to choose an institution (Otterbein) and for your name and your Barcode number.  This is your Cardinal Card number that is 16 digit number at bottom of cardinal card OR your Otterbein ID number including the A.

** Disable and turn off ALL pop blockers on your home/office PC
