SAG, a group of faculty, staff, and students, "provides leadership for SIUE sustainability initiatives that lead to social justice, economic prosperity and ecologic integrity."
The purpose of SOS is "to educate the campus and community about environmental issues and instruct them on ways to help and become more sustainable. SOS also tries to make the campus itself more sustainable."
