ePortfolios are content-sharing platforms designed to showcase evidence of learning and reflection along with your interests and accomplishments. At Otterbein, we use Digication as our campus-wide ePortfolio system. The ongoing integration of this service with other university initiatives is coordinated by the Center for Teaching and Learning.
On campus, ePortfolios are used in our Integrative Studies (INST) and First Year Seminar (FYS) classes and in many other courses. Administrative use of the system includes program evaluation as well as faculty tenure and promotion reviews. Students, faculty, and staff can also create ePortfolios to work collaboratively with peers, manage learning activities, publish their writing or art, and even to promote student organizations, special projects, or campus-related events.
NOTE: Alumni can retain access to ePortfolio free of charge using their personal email accounts. See our Alumni Account instructions for more information.
All Otterbein students, faculty, and staff have access to ePortfolio. Below are the links to get started.
